Tuition Based Programs

To make a monthly tuition payment by check, please make checks payable to: Upper Freehold Regional Board of Education.  Please list your students name in the memo section of your check.  Monthly tuition is $926.60 and is due by the first of each month.  If desired, multiple months can be paid at once. Checks can be mailed to the school or dropped off at the Newell Elementary School main office or the Board Office. 

 

To make an online payment, please log on to the PaySchools portal using this link. A link will also be on the Newell website under Parents/Students > Pre School Program.  If you are logging in for the first time please follow the prompts on the log in screen to register your student for the payment system.  Monthly tuition is $926.60 and is due by the first of each month.  If desired, multiple months can be paid at once.

 

Please note that any payments previously submitted via the RSchool payment system have been received.  We have retired that payment system going forward.  Additionally, please note that by October 1, 2024 two months of payments should have been submitted.

The District will not refund any money and WILL charge tuition for days missed by the students with no exceptions. This includes days missed due to weather cancellations, family vacations taken outside the established preschool breaks, illness, quarantine, or inability to arrive at school. Please review the Child Watch, K-Comp and Pre-K contracts for additional guidance.
